The nurse who took this photo said:
“This patient came to the hospital three days ago… and not a single family member has come to see or care for him.”
She took this picture after noticing a pigeon flying in every other day — softly landing on the bed of this old, very sick man.
Later, the hospital staff found out why:
The old man used to feed this pigeon every day when he sat on a bench in the park near the hospital.
Now, in his hardest time, the pigeon had come back — to see him.
Sometimes, animals show more love and thankfulness than people do. ❤️
