注意事項 Notes.
1. 心填寫錯誤,致無法版建或遗時,所導致之損失由款人负责,收訖戳由系統自動列印,始生收款效力,並交付客户收執,In the event of a filure or return of remittince due to wrong information
provided by the sender, all losses so caned shall be borne by the sender. The receipt stamp is automatically printed by the system, upon which the receipt of funds shall be effected and this copy shall be kept by the customer.
2、对行版款係由電腦作業经由金融資訊服務中心轉區他行庫,期間如發生電樁故障或連線中斷等細原因,無法當天區達致生損害者,除可歸責於本行之事由外,本行不負責任,如於當日下午三時以
後申請跨行匯款者,本行僅負責於次營業日跟達, Inichank femittunes are transferned to other banks by way of coinputer operitions via the Financial Information Service Certer. The Bank shall not be liable for any durage
arising from a failure of same-day remittance caused by any computer failure, network disconnection or other causes of delay, except for causes attributable to the Bank. If an interbank remittance instruction is made after 3pm on a given
day, the Bank is only responsible for completing the remittance on the next business day.
3.申請人同意莊款作業因相關銀行之防制洗錢,打擊資恐及紅菜防制相關法令進行調查或扣押交易款項/文件時,倘因前述任一事由造成交易延遲或失敗等情事,均由申請人自行負責,概與本行無涉。
The Applicant agrees that where the remittance transaction is subject to investigation or where the transaction amount/documents are seized due to relevant anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing and crime prevention laws and
regulations applicable to the Bank, the Applicant shall be solely responsible for any transaction delay or failure so caused and the Bank shall not be liable in any way.
