There are two main areas of concern at this time:
1) The latest boosters only went through animal trials and were not tested on humans;
2) The latest boosters targeted BA.4 and BA.5 variants of Omicron, but BA.2.75.2, a powerful new variant, has been identified and will likely be active through the coming winter due to its growth advantage.
