I am a good friend of a military doctor currently serving in {South Sudan}.
I am writing today on behalf of my lovely friend {kevin chen} to apply for an emergency release order (substitution) for him, because I am well aware of some procedures in the diplomatic service of the United Nations, and some situations require him to be in the country where I live (Taiwan). Therefore, his attention is urgently needed to solve the problem immediately. Like I said, I was previously told about some of the process involved in getting an emergency release order for my lovely friend through the UN.
