打開房屋稅單，快看看使用情形，這一欄，房屋稅2.0上路，民眾陸續收到繳費單，但不少人看到稅單後傻眼。明明是自住，怎麼去年只繳一千多塊，今年卻要繳七千多元，暴增六倍。也有網友PO文，收到今年的房屋稅單，從八千多元變成一萬七千元。仔細看使用情形這一欄，才發現房屋竟然變成非自住。我們過去沒有這種情況，大而增加的情況確實是比去年嚴重很多。超過四戶，超過五戶的是2.4%，超過六戶的會到3.6到4.8%。自住徒然變成非自住，常見三大原因。首先買房到第四戶，再來是已經設籍卻沒有申報自住，最後還有人雖然是自住也有設籍，但把工作室或事務所地址也設在這裡，稅率自然會變成非自住。在一家人名下，裡面有第四戶的話，那你一定會變成非自住。不想人講非自住稅的話，其實會建議跟政府去合作公益出租人，跟政府簽約的社會住宅，那它就跟自住稅差沒多少。由於新制上路太混亂，財政部緊急宣布，如果設籍後忘記申報自住，只要符合資格，最慢在今年6月2號前去申請都來得及。收到稅單覺得太貴先別繳，最好先看看稅率有沒有錯。TikTok @ctinews_express
