  假的。影片中的兩名日本人並不是任何政府代表，也不是來要求歸還北方四島的事，而是日本テレビ與日本読売新聞的記者在進行參訪。這是2016年12月在莫斯科的採訪，普丁有一隻名叫Yume的狗，是2012年由日本政府贈送的，他把狗帶來給日本的記者看，餵食結束後也沒有轉身走開，而是繼續接受訪
