新北地檢署12日偵結板橋私幼疑餵藥案，幼兒園4月中雖拆除監視器，但孩童毛髮未檢出藥物，且根據事證，認定教保員依委託餵藥單餵藥，不起訴彭姓園長等9名教保員；業者表明，可理解當時教育局廢止立案許可的預防性
