  理由

  習近平按照慣例發表新年賀詞，除了回顧2019年中國各項發展成就外，通篇未提及「台灣」二字，僅強調澳門證明「一國兩制」完全行得通，還說「真誠希望香港好、香港同胞好」等言論。
  
  但蔡英文以中華民國台灣總統的姿態，不僅重申「四個必須、四個認知」之外，強調「台灣絕不接受一國兩制」。
