  理由

  雖然奇異果營養豐富且對身體健康有不少助益，但以中醫的觀點仍要提醒奇異果性寒，不可多吃，以免脾胃虛寒導致腹瀉。另外，有先兆性流產、月經過多以及頻尿者，也不適合食用奇異果。
