  理由

  壓力鍋的原理是：裡面的水蒸氣被封閉、加熱，進而讓壓力提升、溫度也比正常煮沸更高。所以在使用壓力鍋後如果立刻解除壓力或開蓋，而沒有完全減壓，就可能造成噴出熱蒸氣然後被燙傷的風險。實務上有所謂的冷水快釋壓的方式：放在慢流冷水下，快速降低內部壓力，所以是可以觸碰冷水的，但建議如果要用冷
