  理由

  在上海的展覽會場，在對台灣觀光協會的稱謂上，出現矮化之嫌，葉因此決定不派人參加。觀光協會發出聲明表示，「業者誤解了，葉菊蘭是觀光的『大幫手』，不是「扯後腿」，並喊話希望中國大陸「觀光歸觀光」，「政治歸政治」。
