  學界的研究上無法證實刺突蛋白對人體有害，以目前緊急授權之下所流通的疫苗與實際接種情況，疫苗是相當安全且能預防疾病的，刺突蛋白在動物上產生的實驗反應並不能推論到在人類身上也會如此。疫苗也並非大規模殺傷性生化武器，施打疫苗仍是目前最推薦保護自己的方法。
