  • 轉傳短文「青春」: 德裔美籍人塞繆爾·厄爾曼70多年前寫的一篇只有四百多字的短文。首次在美國發表的時候,引起全美國轟動效應,成千上萬的讀者把它抄下來當作座右銘收藏,許多中老年人把它作為安排後半生的精神支柱。 美國的麥克亞瑟將軍在指揮整個太平洋戰爭期間,辦公桌上始終擺著裝有短文《青春》影本的鏡框,文中的許多的詞句常被他在談話或開會作報告時引用。 後來此文傳到日本,文章的觀點成為許多日本人生活哲學的基礎。松下公司的創始人松下幸之助說:「多年來,《青春》始終是我的座右銘。」 文章如下: 「青春,並非人生旅程的一段時光,也並非粉頰紅唇和體魄的矯健。 它是心靈中的一種狀態,是頭腦中的一個意念,是理性思維中的創造潛力,是情感活動的一股勃勃的朝氣,是人生春色深處的一縷東風。 青春,意味著甘願放棄溫馨浪漫的愛情去闖蕩生活,意味著超越羞澀、怯懦和欲望的膽識與氣質。 而60歲的男人可能比20歲的小夥子更多地擁有這種膽識與氣質。沒有人僅僅因為時光的流逝而變得衰老,只是隨著理想的毀滅,人類才出現了老人。 歲月可以在皮膚上留下皺紋,卻無法為靈魂刻上一絲痕跡。憂慮、恐懼、缺乏自信才使人佝僂於時間塵埃之中。 無論是60歲還是16歲,每個人都會被未來所吸引,都會對人生競爭中的歡樂懷著孩子般無窮無盡的渴望。 在你我心靈的深處,同樣有一個無線電臺,只要它不停地從人群中,從無限的時間中接受美好、希望、歡欣、勇氣和力量的資訊,你我就永遠年輕。 一旦這無線電臺坍塌,你的心便會被玩世不恭和悲觀失望的寒冷酷雪所覆蓋,你便衰老了——即使你只有20歲。 但如果這無線電臺始終矗立在你心中,捕捉著每個樂觀向上的電波,你便有希望超過年輕的90歲。 所以只要勇於有夢,敢於追夢,勤於圓夢,我們就永遠保持青春! 千萬不要動不動就說自己老了,錯誤引導自己!年輕就是力量,有夢就有未來!」 「Youth」 by Samuel Ullman Youth is not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of the will, a quality of the imagination, a vigor of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.   • 不吃晚餐 為甚麼退休人聚餐要安排在中午呢?晚餐與疾病知多少?尤其是60歲以上的人更要注意 晚餐四分之一的量是維持生命,四分之三的量是在維持醫生的生計! 看完後你會覺得太可怕了,晚上再也不敢貪吃了!特別是訂在晚餐的應酬! 若是在第二天起床沒有饑餓感,請把晚餐量減少一半。 千萬不要以爲隨便進食晚餐無關緊要,國內外專家研究發現,很多疾病發生的原因之一,都是來自晚上不良的飲食習慣。 晚餐吃錯了,疾病就會上身 ☆(晚餐與肥胖) 90%的胖子緣於晚餐吃的太好與太多,加上晚上活動量小,熱量消耗少,多餘的熱量在胰島素的作用下大量合成脂肪,肥胖就自然形成。 ☆(晚餐與糖尿病) 長期晚餐過飽,經常刺激胰島素大量分泌,很容易造成胰島素的負擔加重,加速老化,進而誘發糖尿病;幷且晚餐吃太多太好,造成的肥胖也是會引發糖尿病。 ☆(晚餐與腸癌) 晚餐若吃過飽,蛋白質食物無法完全被消化,在腸道細菌的作用下,會産生有毒物質;加上活動量小及進入睡眠狀態中,會使得腸壁蠕動慢,延長有毒物質停留在腸道內的時間,增加大腸癌的發病率。 ☆(晚餐與尿結石) 人的排鈣尖峰期約在餐後的4、5小時;若晚餐太晚吃,當排鈣尖峰期到來時,通常已進入睡眠中,于是尿液滯留在輸尿管、膀胱、尿道等尿路中,不能在及時排出體外,致使尿中鈣不斷增加,容易沉積下來形成小晶體,長期累積就擴大形成結石。 ☆(晚餐與高血脂症) 晚餐若都是採高蛋白、高油脂、高熱量進食方式,會刺激肝臟製造低密和極低密度脂蛋白,三酸甘油酯也容易上升,造成高血脂症。 ☆(晚餐與高血壓) 晚餐內容若偏葷食,加上睡眠時的血流速度减緩,大量血脂就會沉積在血管壁上,進而引起細小動脉更收縮,外周血管阻力增高,易造成血壓猛然上升,也會加速全身小動脉的硬化。 ☆(晚餐與動脈硬化、心臟病) 晚餐的飲食若偏高油脂、高熱量,可引起膽固醇增高,並在動脈壁堆積起來,成爲誘發動脈硬化和心臟病的一大原因。 此外,形成動脈硬化的另一主因,就是鈣質沉積在血管內;因此晚餐的美食、飽食及太晚吃飯,都是引發心血管疾病的其中原因。 ☆晚餐與脂肪肝 晚餐若吃太好太飽,血糖和脂肪酸的濃度會加速脂肪的合成,加上晚間活動量小,也會加速脂肪的轉化,造成脂肪肝。 ☆(晚餐與急性胰腺炎) 晚餐若是暴飲暴食,加上飲酒,容易誘發急性胰臟炎,甚至使人在睡眠中休克、猝死。 ☆(晚餐與腦部退化) 若長期晚餐吃太飽,睡覺時胃腸及附近的的肝膽、胰臟等器官仍在運作中,會使得腦部不能休息,並且腦部的血液供應也會不足,進而會影響腦細胞的正常代謝,加速腦部老化。 青壯年時期經常飽食的美食家,在年老後有五分之一機率會罹患失智症。 ☆(晚餐與睡眠品質) 晚餐的飽食,必然會造成胃腸、肝膽、胰臟等器官,在睡眠時仍要不斷工作,及傳訊息給大腦,使大腦一直處於興奮狀態中,造成多夢與失眠等,長期下來還會引發神經衰弱等疾病。 吃健康晚餐的五個建議 1、晚餐吃少。 2、用晚餐時間約在4,5 點以前,最有益健康。 3、晚餐要多攝取素食,少吃葷食。 4、晚上少吃高脂肪、高熱量、高鈣及易脹氣的食物。 黃金睡眠時間: 1. 晚11點至早5點——肝,膽,肺在深眠狀態進行排毒。 2. 晚9點至11點——淋巴排毒,需安靜輕鬆。 3. 凌晨0點至4點——頸椎造血,需在睡眠狀態中進行。 4. 凌晨5點至早7點——大腸排毒,需前一天各器官排毒正常。 5. 晚11點至早7點——全身免疫系統排毒。 從上面可以看出,凌晨0點至4點是需要我們熟睡的時間,保證了這4個小時的深度睡眠,就能抵上8小時,反之,如果熬夜失眠之後補睡,8小時也不夠補回你損失的精氣,因此,晚11點前上床睡覺最好,為深度睡眠做準備 鍛鍊腿是終生的任務 1.保持雙腿強健的重要性:美國《預防》雜誌總結的長壽跡像中,「強壯的腿部肌肉」排在首位。 2.兩週不動,腿部力量下降40年:丹麥哥本哈根大學的一項研究發現,無論老幼,在連續兩週不活動後,腿部肌肉的力量都會減弱三分之一,相當於40至50歲。 3.定期運動非常重要:如果腿部肌肉長期無力,即使您稍後進行康復,也將需要很長時間才能恢復。 4.全身壓力都在腿上,腿是人體負擔的支柱: 兩條腿有50%的骨頭和50%的肌肉,其中最大,最堅固的關節和骨頭也都在其中。 「強壯的骨骼」,「強大的肌肉」和「靈活的關節」構成了鐵三角,它對人體具有最重要的作用。 一生中70%的活動和能量消耗都是用雙腿完成的。 5.腿是身體運輸的中心: 一個人的雙腿擁有人體50%的神經,50%的血管和50%的血液流過它們,這是一個連接人體的大型循環網絡。 只有腿健康,通道才能順暢運行,腿部肌肉發達的人一定會擁有堅強的心臟。 6.老化從腿開始: 隨著年齡的增長,腿和大腦之間的指令傳輸的準確性和速度會下降,這與他們年輕時不同。 另外,骨骼中所謂的「骨肥鈣」會逐漸流失,使老年人更容易骨折。 老年人的骨折容易引發疾病,尤其是致命疾病,例如腦血栓形成。 您知道:15%的患者甚至會在骨折後一年內死亡! 7.60歲開始更需鍛練為時已晚的腿部: 鍛煉腿是終生的任務,只有加強腿部,才有能力減少進一步的衰老。 敦請請多提醒上了年紀的人!🙏🏻✨
