    理由

    葡萄牙於 1996 年發行印有「台灣」字樣與圖樣的 200 Escudos 硬幣。

    不過，2017 年 11 月中研院學者比對葡萄牙文獻，認為葡萄牙人看到的 Formosa 應該是沖繩，並認為 Formosa 一詞指稱台灣，是由1624 年來臺的荷蘭人確立的。

  • 這枚標示 「台灣 1582」的台灣錢幣，鑄造於公元1582年。 當時的台灣是在15世紀就已發行幣制，並以公歷為台灣國歷，滿州人還沒有侵入中國（中原），後來的中共政權在1947佔據中原，才統一中國。因此中國更沒有權利談「台灣主權」了！
