  ■確實有研究讓ADHD(注意力不足過動症)學童進行Super Brain Yoga(超腦瑜珈)，並觀察其影響，實驗結果的確支持此種瑜珈可減輕學童ADHD症狀，作者建議可做為ADHD的輔助治療。
