  交通工具和打在身上的疫苗類比並不恰當，嬌生公司給路透社的聲明表示，嬌生只跟 #政府機構 或 #超國家組織如歐盟 就疫苗採購進行談判。
  所以，路透社得到嬌生公司的聲明等於直接證實不可能由非政府組織（個人、民間機構）來訂購疫苗。
