最近新冠狀肺炎病毒漫及世界各地,請多加小心,保重!
附上一個方子,供您參考使用。這是老方子,對預防、治療感冒發燒有一定作用,據說疫情鬧得很厲害時,不少北京人都使用這個方子,結果他們都平安無事。

红糖,生姜,大葱白,大蒜(多放),熬水喝,疫情解除之前,每天喝,感染病毒的概率几乎为零!

现在,大家一提起武汉心情就很沉重,但是,我的亲身经历会给您很大的安慰。
我是腊月二十二从武汉回到南阳的,到家第二天,就有了发烧的症状,我就用了西药和抗病毒的药,效果不太明显,只能控制,不能痊愈。到第八天晚上,突然加重,发烧厉害,伴有咳嗽,痰中带有铁色血丝。我知道这回严重了,情急之下,我想起了我的老师曾经说过的一个方子。便找来八头大蒜,将其拍碎,放入7纸杯水,在锅里煮。水开两分钟后,我喝了连渣带水的两纸杯。然后就入睡了。第二天早上醒来,不发烧了,咳嗽也减轻了,吐的痰也变成了正常的白色。现在,我一天喝两次大蒜水,全家都喝,我已经恢复了正常。和以前一样。我只喝了一次就好了,简直很神奇。现在,我家的左邻右舍都喝大蒜水。我把这个方子推荐给了武汉的朋友,他们又推荐给了新疆的朋友,普遍反映效果非常好。

  • Below is medical advice from Albert’s doctor friend regarding Wuhan pneumonia. Please read through as this disease is spreading quickly in Asia. Dr. Yuen Kwok Yung, a highly respected doctor during the previous SARS period gave the following advice in a speech yesterday. 1. He suggests Hong Kong people should try to avoid going to China during this period of time. 2. If going on a flight, make sure you wear a mask. 3. Always have antiseptic cleanser or towel readily available. 4. The virus “Coronavirus” is similar type of virus like the previous SARS or MERS. This time it is OC43. There is still no known method of tackling this virus. 5. If you have to go to the market, make sure you wear a mask. Be very vigilant. 6. Health Authority announced that this virus is very serious. However, as the virus is found to be able to enter your body if your throat or throat mucous is dry, the one precaution they suggest which can be taken is to ensure your throat or throat mucous is always in a moist condition. In fact, they suggest not to allow your throat to become dry, as in 10 minutes of being dry, the virus will find ways to enter into your body. This is their feedback for now on Corona virus: The new Coronavirus may not show sign of infection for many days. How can one know if he/she is infected? By the time they have fever and/or cough and go to the hospital, the lung is usually 50% Fibrosis and it's too late. Taiwan experts provide a simple self-check that we can do every morning. Take a deep breath and hold your breath for more than 10 seconds. If you complete it successfully without coughing, without discomfort, stiffness or tightness, etc., it proves there is no Fibrosis in the lungs, basically indicates no infection. In critical time, please self-check every morning in an environment with clean air. Serious excellent advice by Japanese doctors treating COVID-19 cases: Everyone should ensure your mouth & throat are moist, never dry. Take a few sips of water every 15 minutes at least. Why? Even if the virus gets into your mouth, drinking water or other liquids will wash them down through your throat and into the stomach. Once there, your stomach acid will kill all the virus. If you don't drink enough water more regularly, the virus can enter your windpipe and into the lungs. That's very dangerous. 1. If you have a runny nose and sputum, you have a common cold 2. Coronavirus pneumonia is a dry cough with no runny nose. 3 This new virus is not heat-resistant and will be killed by a temperature of just 26/27 degrees. It hates the Sun. 4. If someone sneezes with it, it takes about 10 feet before it drops to the ground and is no longer airborne. 5. If it drops on a metal surface it will live for at least 12 hours - so if you come into contact with any metal surface - wash your hands as soon as you can with a bacterial soap. 6. On fabric it can survive for 6-12 hours. normal laundry detergent will kill it. 7. Drinking warm water is effective for all viruses. Try not to drink liquids with ice. 8. Wash your hands frequently as the virus can only live on your hands for 5-10 minutes, but - a lot can happen during that time - you can rub your eyes, pick your nose unwittingly and so on. 9. You should also gargle as a prevention. A simple solution of salt in warm water will suffice. 10. Can't emphasis enough - drink plenty of water! THE SYMPTOMS 1. It will first infect the throat, so you'll have a sore throat lasting 3/4 days 2. The virus then blends into a nasal fluid that enters the trachea and then the lungs, causing pneumonia. This takes about 5/6 days further. 3. With the pneumonia comes high fever and difficulty in breathing. 4. The nasal congestion is not like the normal kind. You feel like you're drowning. It's imperative you then seek immediate attention.

So, we chatted all through the flight to Dubai. Suddenly, when the pilot announced that we were now proceeding to begin our descent into DXB, my good friend 'developed' stomach pains. Me with my good heart, I pressed the steward's button, and the stewardess came to find out what the problem was. I told her my seat mate was not feeling well. And this lady, she suddenly began to address me as 'my daughter'. The stewardess told me that there was nothing they could do except give her some painkillers and wait until we landed. The pilot announced that we had a medical emergency on board and advised us all to stay calm. My new friend was crying and sweating like crazy. And she refused to let go of my hand... everyone assumed we knew each other. So, we landed at DXB and the same gentleman who helped put up her luggage in the overhead compartment removed her luggage. But as he removed the luggage, he advised me to distance myself from this lady and make it clear to the cabin crew that we were NOT travelling together. He was a godsend! So indeed, the cabin crew came and asked me if we were related, I categorically told them we had met on the plane. I didn't know her at all. So, we began to deplane and as I said goodbye, she kept begging me to carry her handbag. I was so torn... but the gentleman looked me in the eye and emphatically shook his head. He passed me a note telling me to let the cabin crew handle her. So, I exit the aircraft and leave my 'new friend' to wait for the wheelchair and be handled by the cabin crew feeling very guilty. As we waited for our luggage to come through, I hear this commotion. My 'new friend' was running, trying to escape the cabin crew, having gotten out of the wheelchair! She left the stewardess with her handbag and just ran towards the exit with the rest of her hand luggage! Luckily the airport police were faster than her. They got hold of her and brought her back in handcuffs. This lady starts calling out to me. my daughter... my daughter! how could you do this to me..... that's when I caught on. She was carrying drugs and she was trying to implicate me! Luckily for me, the gentleman who had helped her with her luggage came forward and told the airport police that me and her had just met on the plane. The police took my passport and asked her to reveal my full names if it was true we were travelling together. By God's grace, I had not even told her my first name! I was still asked to follow the police to a little room where I was questioned extensively. Where did I meet her?... where did I board... where did she board. Etc... And my luggage was extensively searched and dusted for fingerprints. They dusted all her luggage, and my fingerprints were not found anywhere on her luggage or on her handbag! I was let go with advice never ever to touch anyone's luggage either in flight or at the airport. So, from that day, I don't care how much luggage you have, you will deal with it yourself. I will not even offer you a trolley to put your luggage on! Your luggage... your problem.... is my policy. And if you can't reach the overhead compartment, and I am the nearest person, please call the cabin crew because all I will do is give you a blank stare and then look away!

  • *Zhong Nanshan* (a Chinese pulmonologist who discovered the SARS coronavirus in 2003) suggested simple ways to prevent Wuhan pneumonia: It is recommended that you rinse your throat with light salt water before going to the hospital or other public places (and do the same after you return home). The method is as follows: a) hold a mouthful of dilute salt water; b) raise your head; let the salt water stay around your throat area c) open your mouth slightly and exhale slowly, let air bubbling through the water in your throat and make a "ha" sound d) spit out the salt water after a few seconds e) repeat 3-5 times Because viruses or bacteria lurk in the pharynx through the nasal passage, diluted salt water can kill them on the spot, thereby achieving the purpose of preventing infection. During SARS, I promoted and supervised this method among my students. As a result, none of our students in our class got cold, cough and fever. This method is simple, effective, easy to do. But requires persevere. Zhong Nanshan January 21, 2020 鍾南山院士建議預防武漢肺炎的簡易方法: 建議各位去醫院或其他公共場合之前用淡鹽水漱一下嚥喉部位,回家後再漱一次。 方法是:含一口淡鹽水——仰起頭,讓鹽水處於咽喉部——微微張開口,讓氣流從咽喉部慢慢呼出,發出「哈」的聲音,這時鹽水會隨著氣流緩緩動起來,幾秒鐘後將水吐掉。 然後含第二口水如上反復,漱3-5次即可。 由於病毒或細菌首先通過鼻腔潛伏于咽部,淡鹽水可以在第一時間殺滅它們,從而達到預防感染的目的。 SARS期間我在學生中推廣、督促,結果我們班學生沒有一人感冒、咳嗽、發燒。 這個方法簡單、有效、易行,不過貴在堅持! 鐘南山院士建議 2020年元月21日

This is understandable. It is simply not possible for any city in normal times to build and maintain so many infectious disease hospitals and hospital beds, and to have so many qualified infectious disease control medical staff to be on stand by. 其實去醫院也沒有針對性的特殊治療,主要還是支持療法。住不進醫院急也沒用。按照我下面說的,應該可以先延緩病情發展,等待進院。 In reality, even if you go into hospital, they do not have any special treatment that target (the coronavirus), they only offer supportive therapy. It won’t help to get frustrated if you can’t get into hospital. Do as I say below. Patients’ family members, on entering and leaving home, should rinse their mouths with salted water, using cold water, not hot. Cold water will contract blood vessels in one’s mouth and throat, thereby reducing chances of viruses entering one’s blood stream. Salted water can stabilise the s-protein on the virus’ surface, making it less easy to attach to the mucous membranes. To enter human bodies, the coronavirus first has to bind itself to certain specific proteins in the membrane and then self multiply massively. So rinse your mouth frequently, it will be even better if you use mouth rinse that contains alcohol. 2. 如果已經確診,但住不進醫院,只能在家自我隔離(單房間),時刻帶上口罩。家人也時刻帶口罩,只要沒有直接的飛沫傳播,就很難傳染。用75%酒精噴灑家裡,盡可能不留死角。傢具用酒精搽拭。這個病毒對酒精不耐受,用酒精可以滅活。家裡的衣服能用開水燙的就用開水燙,這個病毒能耐受的溫度是60度以下,高溫可以滅活。不能開水燙的衣服鞋子噴灑酒精消毒。 2. If you have been tested positive but cannot be hospitalised, your only option is to self-isolate at home (in a room by yourself), wearing a mask all the time. Family members must also wear masks at all times. So long as there is no transmission via droplets, transmission of the virus is unlikely. Clean your house using 75% alcohol, clean every corner and even the furniture. Alcohol kills this virus. As does high heat, so use hot water of over 60 degrees to wash your clothes. This virus cannot survive heat above 60 degrees. For shoes or clothes that can’t be washed in hot water above 60 degrees, clean them with disinfectant. 3. 如果有症狀但不重,首先注意多喝水,每次喝水量不要大,幾口就行,頻繁的喝,保持水份平衡。大蒜生薑洋蔥都有抗病毒作用,生吃或煮水喝。尤其生薑可以煮濃姜湯,喝了加快血液循環,如果能出汗更好。可以喝一些白酒,加快血液。循環。血液循環對自身免疫功能非常重要。這個病即使住院,也是要靠自身免疫力來控制的。 4. Those tested positive but not too unwell, drink lots of water. It doesn’t have to be lots of water each time, a few sips are sufficient. Drink frequently, keep the body hydrated. Garlic, ginger and onions also have properties that help one’s fight against this virus, eat raw or make into drinks to consume. Ginger is best. Make drinks by boiling fresh ginger in water, it will help one’s blood circulation which in turn boosts the immune system. Good immune system is of overriding importance whether or not one gets hospitalised. 4. 熱雞湯是美國傳統上抗感冒的,醫生也提倡,可以多喝。到藥房去買維生素C,大劑量服,每天4000毫克,維生素C既可以影響病毒複製,又可以穩定血管璧,減少肺部炎性滲出。紅酒里含紅酒多酚,有一定的類似激素作用,可以喝。因為中國國家衛健委的治療指南也是用短期的激素,紅酒多酚消炎是很有效的(紅葡萄酒,不是白葡萄酒)。 4. Hot chicken soup is a common American remedy for colds and flus, which even doctors recommend. Drink more. Go to the pharmacy to buy high dosage Vitamin C, 4000mg daily. Vitamin C affects virus’ self duplication, and can also stabilise the blood vessels’ outer surface, helping to reduce seepage of infection from the lungs. Drink red wine (not white). Red wine contains polyphenol which acts like hormones to protect tissues against inflammation. This is in line with the treatment recommendations issued by the health authorities in China. 5. 好的蘑菇如花菇含有豐富的多糖類物質,可以刺激免疫系統,日本對花菇的研究很多,要多吃。烹飪之前,在水里多泡泡,去除蘑菇可能吸附的農藥殘留。如果家裡有靈芝等,那就更好,沒有就多吃花菇(不是平菇)。人參西洋參都可以煮水喝,對提高免疫機能有好處。可以和雞湯一起煮。 5. Eat more mushrooms. Good mushrooms, like shiitake, contain properties that stimulate the immunity system. The Japanese have done much research in mushrooms. Must soak well before cooking, in order to get rid of any remnants of agricultural insecticides. If you have Lingzhi, that’s even better. Eat good shiitake mushrooms (not the cheap produce). Ginseng and american ginseng are also good for boosting the immune system. Cook with chicken to make soup. 6. 西藥里的阿斯匹林可以服用小劑量(5-20毫克),既有消炎的作用,也有降低血液粘稠度的作用。資料顯示病毒感染者有的血漿二聚體增高,意味著血液粘度升高,血流流速減慢,這種情況不利於免疫細胞的運動,而有利於病毒複製。中藥里的黃芪黨參西洋參含類黃酮,可以保護各器官的細胞,避免出現器官嚴重損傷。實在沒有這些煮黃豆吃也有作用。 6. Small amount of aspirin (5-20 mg) also helps. Other than being anti inflammatory, it reduces the viscosity of the blood. Available information suggests that confirmed patients’ blood contains elevated Plasma D-dimer Count, suggesting a higher viscosity and reduced circulation rate. Such is not conducive to healthy regenerative activities of one’s immunity system, but rather favours the virus’ replication. In Chinese medicine, astragalus, codonopsis and American ginseng contain flavonoids, protecting cells from severe damage. Without these, eating soy beans would help. 7. 能進食是關鍵,胃口不好可以煮水喝,一切能開胃的方法都可以,只要能吃就問題不大。注意尿量。每天至少要上廁所幾次,排正常尿量。 7. The key is to keep eating (= nourishment). If you have no appetite for solids, liquidise your food. Just eat anything that you fancy. So long as you eat, the problem is manageable. Monitor your urination (translator’s note: = body hydration). When you leave your home, wear gloves—winter mittens or outdoor gloves—and keep them on in subways, buses, and public spaces. 出門離家時,戴上手套——冬天的手套或是戶外手套都可以——任何公共場合包括地鐵,公車或公共場所都不要脫下來。 02. If you are in a social situation where you should remove your gloves, perhaps to shake hands or dine, do not touch your face or eyes, no matter how much something itches. Keep your hands away from contact with your face. And before you put your gloves back on, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water, scrubbing the fingers. The doctor came to a farmer's house.   Unexpectedly, everyone in this family is very healthy.   The doctor asked how this house was different from others. The wife said that she had placed an unpeeled onion in every room in the house (about two at that time).   The doctor couldn't believe it, so he asked if he could have an onion under the microscope. She gave him one. The doctor did find flu germs on the onion during the observation.   Obviously, the onion absorbs the germs, thus keeping the family healthy.   Today, I hear a similar story from my hairdresser in Arizona. She said that a few years ago many of her employees were infected with the flu, as were many of her customers.   The following year, she put a few fruit plates in her barbershop with some onions. To her surprise, none of her employees were sick.   It seems that onions really work. The core of the story is, buy some onions! Put them in a fruit plate in your home.   If you're sitting in an office, put a few onions in your office, or under some, or on top of the cabinet.   If it seems to help you and your loved one not to catch a cold, that's great.   If you still have a cold, it may be a mild symptom.   No matter what the outcome, what will you lose? Besides a few onions.   I give this advice to my friends. She replied with the most interesting experiment about onions: I don't know the story of the farmer, but I know I have pneumonia.   Needless to say, I am not ill. I read an article that suggested cutting off both ends of the onion and inserting it on a fork. Then put the fork in a vase and place it next to the patient at night.   Onions will turn black early in the morning the next day due to germs.   Sure enough, things are exactly the same as described in the article.   That article also used onions and garlic in the house to save many people's lives from the Black Death many years ago.
