4️⃣植物性飲食:能建立持久的免疫力。頂尖期刊《自然》和《自然通訊》的兩篇研究,顯示能及時中斷新冠病毒感染的關鍵,在於體內有很多、較強的「記憶T細胞」。研究顯示高纖維、低熱量的飲食能增強體內記憶T細胞的數量和功能。因而哈佛大學等的研究報告,發現高纖維、低熱量的植物性飲食(plant-based diet)能夠顯著地減少新冠病毒感染的風險。約翰霍普金斯大學等的研究也表明,植物性飲食能降低73%染疫後變成中重症的風險
